When my good friend told me that he was looking to purchase some investment properties outside of the United States I suggested that he look at some Medellin real estate.  This is because I remembered looking at a couple of really great properties when I was on vacation there and I felt that the location had a lot to offer.  My friend took my advice and he must have liked what he was seeing when he was looking at listings because he is traveling down there in a few days to take a look at a couple of properties in person.
