I know very little about computers.  My friend has windows xp on her computer and I asked her how to reinstall Windows XP? I did read through it all but I just can’t seem to understand the workings.  I see little kids on tv doing all sorts of things and do I ever feel illiterate.   I am also too embarrassed to ask someone in my family or even my friends.  My money is very tight and I can’t afford to take it in.  Once again, I get embarrassed to ask. I don’t  want to appear dumb! Any advice from anyone?
