When our daughter started to college we went through the usual list of worries that parents go through when sending their children off to school for the first time.  Would the dorm be safe,  would she meet the right kind of people,  would she eat right when on her own?   One thing we did not have to worry about though was about the food being safe in the cafeteria.   We toured the facility and they showed us that they had the latest in food sanitation technology installed there.  Everything in the kitchen was spotless and seemed to stay that way through every meal.
