My husband and I had been using a mediator for some time so that we could both try to do what was best for the children. I am not sure what happened but all of sudden I heard that my husband dropped the mediator and hired an attorney. Now I am reading all these false allegations and he is even suing for custody of the kids. What may have gone wrong and is there a chance I can get it back to being civil? I guess at this point I have to hire a lawyer for myself and see what he says.
