Event Evaluations
February 1, 2010 7:58 am ReferenceIf you are putting on an event, you most likely have a goal in mind such as raising money, creating awareness, etc. It is important to ensure that you are on track to completing your objectives throughout the planning process by constantly reviewing your goals and your plans and make sure they coincide.
Once your event is over and completed you should do an event evaluation. This is an opportunity to point out the strengths and weaknesses of your event and will help prevent others from making your same mistakes in the future. You should always keep a record of your evaluations for others to refer to in the future. This is a great tool for companies or organizations who do annual events. It will help you stay on the road to constant improvement as the years progress.
