After several years of living on the other side of the country my sister told me that she wanted to move back home.  I gathered up some magazines that had apartments for lease and sent them to her to look at.  Once she had a chance to look at them she sent me a list of several places that she would like me to take a look at in person.  I went and looked and I found a great place for her and they allowed me to represent her and get the paperwork to her across country so that she would have the apartment leased before she moved.
