I used to think that if you have played one card game then you have played them all. But recently I have learned that my statement was not only false, but it was really wrong.  I found this out by going over my friends house and playing some family card games with him and his family.  I was blown away at how much fun I had.  I just thought that most card games were like rummy  or other games that are more well known.  But I was so surprised to find out the role playing games and such existed.  I would have never known.
