If you were going to have basement renovations started, who would you call first? Do you have to have permits like you do if you are doing an outside project. Or even like yo do when you are building a room onto your home. I am really looking for some ideas about my basement, but I do not want to get my hopes up and them have them dashed by the permit police! I am not really doing allot, just some walls refinished, and new flooring. Surely that will not be too much. I am also hoping to get a new window, the old one is very leaky!
