Sugar Free Dark Chocolate

Most of us know about the health benefits of eating dark chocolate.  Dark chocolate improves memory, stimulates thinking, and is even healthy for your teeth given the calcium content.

An even healthier alternative to dark chocolate is sugar free dark chocolate.  This is great for diabetics, as it brings the same benefits as regular chocolate, but without the sugar.  A lot of us are trying to kick the sugar habit.  Chocolate is great for your heart too.  It reduces cholesterol and also blood pressure at the same time!  So go ahead, indulge in that lovely craving that you have so much.
