How To Improve Energy And Heart Strength

Hey, I was wondering what I could do to drastically improve my energy and heart strength. When I do workouts, my energy is usually quite poor, even with energy or muscle supplements. I definitely have been eating loads of food and I have been eating correctly. Even still, if on a rare occasion I do have decent energy, my heart always tires out before my other muscles do. This is causing a significant problem when I’m doing workouts. I cannot get enough stimulation on my muscles due to this. All of my exercises and performance is starting to suffer, but the exercise that is suffering the most is dead-lifts. I usually get quite dizzy and downright exhausted only after moving the weight up and down only about 3 times. Ive reduced the weight, but that does not help at all. I was wondering if cardio would help this, or anything else. If anyone can help get this figured out, that would be great!
