Actually, it can be even more frustrating and even more difficult to do. Losing weight faster is a process that you will have control over, so be ready to have a planner ready when you do choose to start. Make sure you pencil in a two or three extra exercise sessions a week, but don’t do so much that you feel a lot of pain. Outside of that, just keep your mind on the prize and know that you will be losing weight faster than ever.
