Today, expenses more than anything else are what are hurting businesses.  Everyone is trying to cut expenses, but knowing the right expenses to cut is important.  You cannot simply just start cutting back here and there and hope you’re making the right decisions.  A financial advisor or CFO can definitely help.  They will know what to cut without cutting into the profit margin.  It is imperative that you don’t cut things that may affect profit.  For instance, changing all machines to cheaper older machines won’t help your profit margin if the machines are always breaking down.  It is important that the right decisions are made.
